3570 and h77 for stock speeds ivy bridge
3570k and z77 for overclock + aftermarket cpu cooler
if to purchase now, better go with haswell 4670 and h87 or 4670k and z87 + aftermarket cooler
the marked is for non o/c
also there are b75 for ivy and b85 for haswell, (basic) chipset mobos for less money

If you don't want to overclock, do not buy a 3570k. Just buy a Haswell i5 or a Xeon e3 1230 v3 and an H87 motherboard, unless you want SLI and Crossfire capability.
