AMD X4 vs A8

Ok both of AMD's cpus are 3.2Ghz quad cores, but what makes the A8 better(and more expensive)? Will I be able to use the X4 for games such as titanfall without any trouble?

The x4 is basically the a-series apu without the igpu functionality. So if you are building a computer with a dedicated graphics card then the Athlon x4 750k or 760k would be ideal.
