PS : My PC turns off randomly . Guess heating prob??

I assume these were taken during idle. As long as those max core temps dont go too high, its not a heat issue. Like I said, my amd CPU can hit 85C and still keep going. It's not supposed to, but it will. So I seriously doubt you have a heat issue. 40C isnt great, but its acceptable for idle temps.

I don't think that program is reading your temps right. You seem to have -55C on there for some reason. Try using HwMonitor. But if those core temps are right, you don't have a heat issue. I've got a CPU that can hit 85C and the computer still keeps going. Although thats not good for it.

does windowsos lead to pc turning off auto?
I mean a bad install or something else.
I am not getting any error b4 the pc turns off.

it also can be a hdd issue?

Faulty PSU or it's not sufficient enough for your build. Consider changing it before something bad happens. E.g. PSU fireworks as I like to call them, motherboard frying, short circuiting basically, it's not nice so change your PSU.
