Upgrade or Buy a new Laptop?

If I have a Motherboard which is unsupported with a game,CODMW Series .
If I Install a new and better Graphic Card will it be playable then?

MY REQUIRMENTS ARE

Processor--Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60 ghz.

RAM--1GB.

Intel GMA G33/G31 (or 3100) Inbuild Graphics.

OR

If U prefer me to buy a new laptop then plz rate it Under 30,000Rs or 490$.
OR
Do me a favor for prefering me to buy a Cheap Gaming Graphic Card Under 8000Rs or 130$ for my pc

Your E5300 is a reasonably capable cpu.
Adding any discrete graphics card will be a big jump in gaming capability.
How strong a card you can install will be limited by your psu.
If your psu is 300w, the best card you can install is a GTX750ti or a 7750. Either should fit your budget.
1gb is simply not enough. Ram is cheap, install a 4gb kit.

Gaming laptops are expensive. Buy one only if you need the portability.

You cannot add a discrete card to a laptop for two reasons.
Reason #1 - Your laptop didn't have one to begin with so your BIOS won't support one.
Reason #2 - Your laptop didn't have one to begin with so there is literally NO PLACE to put one.

You have just learned why real gamers don't use craptops.
