This is the board I want to get
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565

I want to get an FX-6350
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113327

and a GTX 760.

The following site says it is all right to overclock said motherboard:
http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database

Is my motherboard actually stable for this?
The processor is 125W. Everywhere I look says it's okay.
I trust you guys more though.
Please educate me on this.

(how do I tell if the board is a r4.1?)

If I were you, that get this
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/39aTb
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/39aTb/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/39aTb/benchmarks/
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($94.79 @ Newegg)
Total: $204.78
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Because the MB is for low end user, and not designed for vishera core, yes it can run the fx6350 but I don't know how high you can oc the fx6350. And if you are nearby the microcenter that you can pick up both for very good price.

Thanks a lot. But I really am a low end user. I am dirt poor. I found a combo that gets me the cheap motherboard for 100% free. I will overclock it as much as I feel comfortable with and, when I get more money, I will buy a newer motherboard and sell the board for half price to someone else who is poor like I am.
I'm spending everything I have on this computer I'm building. Wish me luck.
