That's well below the limit. I'm thinking this probably isn't a full 100% CPU load.

Motherboard chipsets can usually handle up to 60c max, depending on the board/vendor specs. And Intel says the i7 4770k is 85c max.

Having said that, cooler is ALWAYS better. It lengthens component lifespan and reduces the risk of failure or errors.

Use something like OCCT, CoreTemp, HWMonitor + Intel Burn test to put a genuine 100% load on the CPU for about 5 minutes. This will give you a quick idea of what your max temps are going to be like. (* Watch your temps while it is running and stop the test if they hit max.)

If your temps look good and are below the limit by a few degrees, it's safe to do a longer stress test to check for stability. (* Allow 10c+ room on chipsets, 15c+ on CPU). Start with 1 hour and if that looks good, you could go for 8-24 hours if you REALLY want to be sure.
