As long as your PCI-E is x16, then it should be able to handle it. If you don't have any extra PSU connectors you may have to go with the stock cooler, because it doesn't require an extra PCI connector.

If you have not bought the 750Ti card, hang on. There are quite a few posts on this card having problem with HP PC. Apparently, there could be some problem with the UEFI BIOS on the new 750Ti card having compatibility issue with older HP PC, which yours was introduced in 2011. Check out the possible issue first...
