Long story short I ran out of money before I could buy a GPU and I need to boot the computer in 6 days, I have the AMD 6350 cpu and I am 100% sure that my motherboard has no onboard graphics, the question is will my computer be able to complete basic functions with just the cpu, or do I need to drop 40$ on a low-low end GPU? hoping for quick responses.

This. And if, by some bad luck, you have a stripped down MOBO without any sort of graphics port then, no, you won't be able to complete basic functions with just the CPU unless you're remote accessing it.

Nope, doesn't look like it has any graphics ports. Looks like you'll have to get a cheap card and go from there.
