Can't remove program

I have PC Optimize your pc on my computer and can not delete it. It says that the uninstaller msg. was deleted and needs to be replaced. How do I do this? It is very annoying. It is not located in my computer and delete programs. It in on my start up under all programs. Can someone please help me?

If the uninstaller is gone, redownload the program and either find the uninstaller in the package or just double click the exe. It should recognize that you have an installation and offer you the option to uninstall.
