I would say - go for a 8320 and oc it.
Yes it can run games on ultra. We can not guarantee it for the future, but nice video card.
Shouldnt be a problem running games smooth for a year or two, maybe high, ultra.

Mid settings, you will be fine. But get the 8320, save some money, and oc it.

Get cheaper ram, take off the sound card, and upgrade the CPU to an i5 or 8350.

Changed 8350 to 8320 since the 8320 can be overclocked to match (if you don't want to overclock, you probably should go for an i5).
Removed sound card
changed to dual channel ram

You can put the savings towards a 1080p monitor or better gpu if you want.

i would find it stupid, upgrading to 8350. 8320 offers the same performance when overclocked.

I do agree on removing sound card though, and maybe upgrade to i5.

Well you do know you can overclock an 8350...

The two chips are identical, each one has its own benefits.

The only difference of 8350 and 8320 is lower clock.
The 8320 is cheaper though, and is just as overclockable as the 8350.
An overclock to 4ghz or 4.5 ghz would be just as good as the 8350.

Each one has its own benefits? not really. the 8350 is just clocked a tad higher, and more expensive. The 8320 has all the benefits of these two processors :)

Definitely, just remember that the 8320 is just as great as the 8350.
