System Im contemplating:

i7 Xeon 1230 v3 CPU
MSI GTX 660 GPU (just one to start. SLI in a month or two)
Cooler Master HAF 912 Case
AsRock z87 Extreme3 Board
12GB G. Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1333 (spare ram)
Mushkin Chronos 240gb SSD
WD Blue Caviar 500gb HDD (spare drive)
2 120mm Cooler Master fans
Corsari CX600 PSU

Since the CPU cant be overclocked, and the 660s are factory OC'd, would my PSU selection be sufficient, or would I need to change it?

Im building this system in hopes that it lasts for 2yrs and can be converted to a full on media/ capture server when I build a stronger PC in 2016. I think this is a strong, mid-ranged build that has plenty of potential to have its parts swapped around and upgraded.

Given that I couldnt add an OC'd GPU to the mix, Im not sure how reliable extreme.outervision's wattage calculator is, but this is what I plan for my system to be in the next 18mo: http://gyazo.com/6f250c402c2fe69b854269853c4e8698

You will need a 750W or better for that combo. It's hard to find a good quality 750W PSU for under $75. This Rosewill has served me well on another machine. But it is a tad more than your budget: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
