high voltate or safe voltage?

ok, so i use download evga prec. utility and set it to k-boost.
i got a msi 670 pe gpu

and after a quick restart it now looks like this

is the voltage to high or is it safe?

As an aside, the card is locked; you won't be able to give it an unsafe voltage without taking additional steps. Anything you can do in precision is safe.
