Looks very good, I would personally wait on the corsair cpu cooler, use stock fans and wait on overclock, use that $100 to get the gtx 770. Huge improvement gaming wise, add the cpu cooler down the road when you can. Its a lot easier to add a cooler than it is to buy a new graphics card, try and sell yours and such.

Hi, i did a little revision on your system:
-Changed the motherboard, almost the same performance and features as the Asrock Z87 Extreme 6
-Changed the Memory, essentially the same memory but cheaper.
-Changed the GTX 760 to GTX 770.
-Changed the PSU. Coolmax aren't known for producing good PSUs, and it is the most important part in every system. Always get good PSUs form the brands such as : Corsair (avoid CX units), XFX, Antec or SeaSonic
-Changed the case. It is almost the same in size and shape as the Corsair's 750D, but cheaper
