Alright I have $400

Okay I have $400 to spend on a gpu and psu. Im upgrading from a corsair cx430 psu and a msi 650 ti 1gb.

Other things Im running on this psu are 3 case fans 2 being led a 500gb hdd a 60gb ssd and a fx-6350 which is 101.56W.

(Im looking at the msi gtx 770 2gb gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
