Default IP isn't what it normally is

My dekstop default IP is 99.241.104.1 which is abnormal since its suppost to be 192.168.0.1.

This is problematic to me since it also seems to make it so I can't access my router from the very computer that is experiencing my problem. I'm curious what is causing this problem. Heres a screenshot to the cmd of ipconfig incase it helps: http://puu.sh/7u4K5.jpg

What is causing my desktop to display such a default IP, and only my desktop? My laptop and other computers are completely fine.

It looks like you either are 1) Plugged directly into the modem or 2) Have a DMZ Set or 3) have a static NAT route to your PC. Have you made any changed to the Router and/or PC at all? What router do you have and what ISP?

99.241.104.1 looks like a public ip.

Type in cmd

ipconfig /release

hit enter and then do

ipconfig /renew

Then ipconfig to see if your gateway ip has reset back to 192.168.0.1, if not then reset the router (usually has a reset button). If that doesn't work call your internet provider.
