I have a Pentium Haswell G3420 3.2 Ghz dual core CPU
430watts Corsair CX430M
8 Gb 1600 mhz ram
Asus Z87 Pro 3
can i get R9 270???
without getting bottlenecked ?

You can, but I don't recommend it. r7 270 on any 430w psu is cutting it close, its better to play it safe since the ramifications are pretty bad if your system doesn't get enough power.

can i stay like for 1 month with this and then upgrade psu?
because after adding all wattage including 2 ram modules and fans and drives it gave me 323 watts
so 323/430?
