Looks decent to me, you might want to think about an aftermarker cpu cooler if you're looking at having it more quiet but as you said, you're getting this stuff now and looking to upgrade in the future. I would recommend getting a bigger hard drive from the off though, possibly a 1TB HDD because you inevitably will fill the space, be it with games, films, whatever you may! but all in all looks good from here. I take it you've got a monitor lined up for you to use, along with mice and keyboard? Also don't forget about an operating system, that will set you back another $80 at least!

I think the original build posted actually looks pretty good to me. Thumbs up on the 760. I don't really think the huge difference in price between the GTX 670/760 and GTX 770 right now really justifies the price increase, honestly, especially when the aftermarket self-overclocking versions of the 670 and 760 are so potent.

I agree with maurelie on the Asrock Pro4 and 4670k. Better overall package IMO, although Ivy Bridge has the potential to be faster if you get a bad Haswell chip. Stick with the stock cooler for now. Overclocking an already potent CPU like the 4670k right now is like putting an aftermarket exhaust on a car. Really only worth it if you like the sound of it, very little to be gained.

One other complaint I have with the original build is with the Wi-Fi adapter. What you really want is one of these, or something like it:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003Y6UNI6/ref=oh_deta...

Let's put it this way, I bought that one above (this is for my own curiosity, by the way), and another one of the typical stubby types, and the difference between the stubby ones and the awkward looking ones with with the antenna on it is that the ones with the antenna actually work anywhere as opposed to the stubby type which only works if you are within 10 feet of your router and your computer is literally facing your router.

Also, thumbs up on the Western Digital Blue. Those are really fast drives considering they cost almost nothing.
