Motherboard, cpu and graphics card help

Hey guys

Buying some computer parts soon, just need some answers if the ones I´ve found match.

The processor is: Intel Core i7 3770K
The motherboard: Asus Maximus V Extreme Z77 Intel 1155 Motherboard
And the graphics card: Gigabyte geforce gtx 760 4 gb.

Will these fit?

Probably got another question: I would like to have water cooled my system, not because I will overclock (probably later but not at the moment), but simply because I want to reduce noise. There is a fan included in the cpu, I was going to pick an h100i. Will this be an improvement or simply stupid? :D

Well I have actually counted it in my budget.. I don´t know what you mean by o/c, but do you think this will be a bad idea, for my experience on friend´s computers the watercooling compared to fans are much more noise reducing.
