Hey guys,

I recently put together a computer for the first time. My goal was mainly for gaming and graphic design, so I was hoping you could help me out with a common issue.

I'm trying to play the latest Assassins Creed, and for some reason, even though my specs are exceeding, the game runs really slowly on high settings. Here are my specs below:

Any recommendations on fixing the problem?

Thanks so much,
Vlad.

depend on the resolution, lower your settings because you only got a gtx 660

make sure drivers are updated, use regional settings for game play. you only have a gtx 660 which isn't very top end, but it should still play decent

AC4 isn't a very well optimized game, and if you turn all the settings up don't expect to get much more than about 30FPS. Try using FXAA and drop your Ambient Occlusion settings to SSAO, don't bother with the more advanced ones, and hopefully that will help.
