Okay so who is ready for a long, complicated story.
So I this computer needs internet to run business programs.
What I have done.
1) Installed drivers for it
2) Checked to make sure the internet is working
3) Called Dell (They couldnt help)
4) Tried a PCI ethernet adapter ( Doesnt Work)
5) Scanned for virus's, malware etc.
6) When I check the driver details, the e1k5132.din has information of unknown, while the other drivers Say Intel etc.
What I havent Tried
1) Xp repair Disk (coming in mail)
2) Re install OS
Now heres the catch, when I run my Kaspersky Rescue CD, and use there web browser, the internet works, so it must be a software related issue.
I need help, please!
