i have an hp altec windows 7 and when i push the wifi button it wont turn blue, it was just working the other day but not now

Is it atleast orange? Have you tried pressing Fn/ctrl then your wifi F key?
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for your wifi adapters?

check the wi-fi card in the system she is not active so she wont transmit and receive .
