Having trouble w/ New PC - Frequent Freezes

I've ran MemTest86 no errors. My CPU runs fine (FX-6300) no overheating issues on stock cooler.

My Samsung 840 Evo SSD is in good health according to Samsung Magician.

I don't think it can be my power supply, because there has been no random shut-offs.

I've updated my Asus M5A97 R2.0 to the latest Bios.

My GPU (GTX 660) is detected and runs cool at 35c.

I've updated the latest drivers for everything, and I'm so upset right now.

I can't think of what can be wrong :/ I just want to play a game without it freezing. If I run multiple programs it freezes up. I then have to manually restart the computer.

Even though my Windows 7 is not activated. I activated the official iso for home premium to make it run on free trial for 30 days, at which I would upgrade to 8.1 next month.
Site I got iso : http://www.w7forums.com/threads/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-image-downloads.12325/

Please help me, this is my first time building a PC and I really want it to work.

More about trouble frequent freezes
  1. Gonna guess your PSU cant put out the juice it needs to when the system is under heavy load. Id start there.
  2. I don't think thats even possible my Corsair 500w Powersupply is more than enough for my hardware.
  3. I mean at the moment I'm downloading the Windows Update but I dont even know if that'll help.
  4. Disable some of the boot up programs in "msconfig", and try working with the system. Enable them slowly, and one by one, until you find the one that causes the freeze up.
  5. I don't have any boot up programs, but if you mean services. I'll try that once this windows update finishes taking forevverr..
