I just recently added a 7750 2GB video card in my second PCI-E slot to run it alongside with my 7850 I'm using them to mine crypto-currencies

Problem is, before I added in the 7750 my 7850 was running at 1200 Core and when I added the 7750 in my 7850 went back to the 1050 max core as if I had CCC still installed or something.

I'm using Asus GPU Tweak and I was able to take the 7850 to 1200 core but now it won't let me slide that high the max is 1050 for some reason.

See what are you doing is SLIing between them and it is must for both the graphic cards to run at the same level as each other or they will cause problems like speed prob, fan prob. So when you SLI between them the good card (7850) reduce it self to the level of low card (7750) so that there is maximum compatibility between both of them and save you the trouble of setting them yourself and it is for best don't mess with the settings or the graphic cards can go brick.
