well you have several options: AMD A10 7850K, A10 7700K, AMD A10 6800K, AMD A8-6500, AMD Athlon II X4 760K.

I would check prices on newegg or amazon if you are from US. 6800K is for 124 € here.

As IDontUnderstand said, the A8-5600K is the best in your listed price range (for $90). If you don't mind spending $10 over budget, you can get better graphics by getting the A10-5800K.

Fair enough. If you don't play intensive games, there wouldn't be reason for the A10-5800K over the A8-5600K.

The A4 is only a dual core model. It's better than a lot of the other A4s though because its high clock speed. It has weaker inbuilt graphics, but it should still play 1080p videos fine. It all comes down to what you want to do with the computer.
