Hello guys. I am in the process of creating a custom built PC for gaming. I was wondering if the following build was compatible with each other. I would also appreciate input on any changes I should make to the system. Also, I would appreciate input on my peripherals and whether I should buy a different mouse. keyboard, and headset that would produce better quality and/or save me a few bucks(I am not really familiar with these and went with the common ones). Any advice to lower the cost of the build while maintaining similar quality would be helpful.
My build as of yet: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/39qTa

Edit: Is my monitor good or should I switch it out? I'm looking for monitors suited to gaming.

Is something you really got to have right now? Because if not, then you will be much better off just waiting a little bit longer as the new Intel Z97 chipset motherboards are supposed to be right around the corner and its compatible with Broadwell and Haswell.

for the peripherals, i have around a 175 dollar budget. my budget for the whole system is around 1200. also, yes i am close to microcenter. if you can, could you possibly make me a build around 1200 taking into consideration the price of the monitor and peripherals? thanks so much.

1920x1080

Would this graphics card be good enough to run most games at high? If not i could downgrade my peripherals. Also, what peripherals would you recommend to me at a budget?(mouse, keyboard, headset)
