Does anyone know a good PC build for $700? I can only exceed it by $50. I want it to be able to run BF4 on medium 50-60 FPS.

I prefer AMD FX-xxxx and PSU of 650-750W
I need an OS, mouse and keyboard, DVD drive, speakers, and wireless adapter as well. Thanks!!

Solution

To be honest it would be hard to cut any of it out because once it gets downgraded, it probably won't perform BF4 with 40 - 50 frames on Medium settings.

If you really desire a higher Wattage PSU, then I suppose you should just save a few extra bucks.
Looking at that build, there is nothing you can downgrade without sacrificing huge performance.

(You could save a few bucks and bring the 750ti down to some other GPU, but it wouldn't perform very well.)
(Also, with the savings of bringing down the 750ti to something reasonable, it would probably not be...
Here you go.

For later upgrades. I don't want to buy a low PSU then have to buy a higher one later on when I go to upgrade.

Yes indeed it makes sense, but if you are planning ahead for a future SLI/CF. I would go higher than 750W. However, the new Maxwell from Nvidia should reduce power consumption, therefore I suggest this build for now, and just add a CPU cooler when you have the money. Do not overclock before you get an aftermarket CPU cooler.
