Anyone have any idea why 8.1 64bit Windows can't play video without stuttering. Both VLC and the crappy microsoft offerings can't seem to play anything without audio stop, starting and playback scrubbing along the timeline resulting in lock-up of the video stream.... Just built this machine, have had no probs with actual applications and games, just media playback..?? This is pretty annoying....
