I was wondering how that build looked. I currently run everything through my 55 inch Samsung tv.
I do not need an operating system. Also I'm not looking to crossfire. I also have physical memory from my current pc as well as double 2bg gskill memory sticks. I currently have a Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1gb graphics card and may or may not replace in the short time however everything else I'm definitely planning on upgrading within the next week. Any other info needed let me know as this is my first time posting. Also any other suggestions are greatly welcomed,

Yes but if you're just streaming movies, and gaming, you won't need the 4770k.
But on the other hand, if you're doing 3D rendering, or visual graphics, or animations, you would probably need a stronger processor, such as the 4770K.

If not, which I'm guessing, then go with the 4670K, its the best in the i5 line currently.

What are you planning on doing?
If you're only playing games, then the 4770K is complete overkill.

Save yourself the money and go with an Intel i5 4670k, then spend whatever is left into trying to get the 780.
Otherwise, everything else is pretty good.

I literally use my pc now for everything. I have it hooked up to my tv and use it for streaming, movies, gaming, etc.

If you are just gaming, this is a complete overkill. You won't need an i7 4770K, save some extra $$ by getting the i5 4670K. Also, there is no way in hell you are going to need 1000 watts of power. You can run all of that on a 650 watt just fine. If you aren't doing video editing then 16 GB RAM is useless. Get 8. Other than that it is ok. With the money that you save I would get a 780/780ti for maximum gaming performance.

This saves you almost $300 and you would get the same performance in gaming, streaming and streaming movies and such. (By streaming movies I assume you mean Netflix/Hulu plus)

That build looks pretty good just wondering what types of games you'll play and if your tv was decent because I recommend getting monitor but if it's playable in your tv that's fine.Ok well to start with the cpu which is great can handle anything you throw at it whether it's application or game or whatever.i saw that you got 16gb ram which seems like overkill but if you're going to do lot of editing, designing, rendering and other things that love ram well you're good.lastly to talk about the gpu it all leads down to what game you're going to play.If you're going to play current games older games or next generation games this gpu can max out any game 1080p will good fps.I said 1080p because I'm guessing since you're using tv most likely it's not 4k because someone wouldn't spend that much on something when they would get something else which would be this pc.if you're going to be playing more intense games and next gen and you want play 1080p max settings and playable fps well I recommend gtx 780 because it will last you longer well I mean more performance throughout more years and even if you bump up to 1440p or 4k this gpu can still run games smoothly
Hope I helped sorry for long answer

I plan on high end gaming, streaming movies, and live streaming games as well as streaming live sports from sites like espn3.com I'm thinking based on the feedback an i5 may be better. Also maybe less ram for now then upgrading later? Also maybe a better graphics card with the savings?

The i5 will run perfectly fine for those tasks.
Oh and yes, get less ram for now and get a better GPU. That is great advice for your build.

I think you're all set.

All you've done is remove the old processor and put in the i5, and reduce the RAM.
It's a good build overall for $1000, being the old one at 1300.

If you could stretch the budget though, you could get a better GPU.
But for now, the GTX 770 is a very good GPU.
