Standoff heights vary a tiny bit. And so do the threaded posts or holes they sit in. Sometimes it's just a tapped hole in the backplate, sometimes it is a welded nut or raised hub on a hole. If they aren't the exact height of the original ones, the I/O ports won't line up with the back plate.

Yes those are it. They should fit but like clutchc said they might be a different height and then you will have to leave the I/O shield off the back

Antec allegedly uses a standard standoff. Antec actually doesn't appear to care what they use. My Antec Sonata II until today had the standoffs that originally came with it. The ATX Standard has since June 2002 required standoffs to be atleast 1/4 " or 6.4 mm in height to create adequate motherboard clearance. The standoffs on my case, which is stamped as manufactured in 2006, are approximately 5.5 mm, causing the board to bow over the bracket on the back of my new CPU cooler, which measures as needing 6.5 mm of clearance.

The good news is, the "standard size" standoffs I bought at Frys worked perfectly. The 1 mm difference did not cause my video cables to fail to plug in. The motherboard no longer bows over the CPU cooler bracket when secured to the case.

The computer screw kit says they are #4-40. Another small packet I picked up definitely took M3 screws; the ones I used did not. They could be 4-40, but more likely they are 6-36 or whatever.

I found Antec support pretty much as worthless as their ability to follow the ATX standard with their parts.
