Solution
the cx power supplys wont run on haswell system there not supported it on cosair web page for haswell tested units.
for your money make sure your ram 1600 or 1866 speed the gsill ram ariers run about the same price when it onsale.
if you can hold off on buying your parts. intel dropping soon the haswell refresh in a few weeks. for the money the new 4690 for few dollars more would be worth it for it speed. if not the older cpu may drop in price for you. there also going to be dropping the newer 9x chipsets.
also nvidia is dropping there newer 800 line of cards.

Well, if you had all these parts are you just going to leave them in the box and connect the cables?
You need a Case, and also I would probably recommend getting an SDD, for the OS and a few games.

I wouldn't go with that PSU, it is a starter one but there is much better out there. It's alright, and delivers what it should, but I think if you can you should look for better options. Such as the higher grade Corsair ones, or maybe Antec, XFX, or Seasonic.
