So. I have an asus z77 sabertooth mobo. I am running an i7 3770k. I know that my CPU can only run RAM at 1600mhz without overclocking, but in my BIOS it says my RAM is only operating at 1333mhz. I was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how to get my RAM running at 1600mhz. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance folks!

Solution
You can select the XMP profile of the Memory.

This can also apply to you.

Should be profile options for the RAM in the BIOS. Just set it to the profile, and it'll pick the proper settings.
