Hi,
I was given a MAC BOOK PRO Os X for a gift and I would like to connect a monitor to it.
What do I look for in a monitor? How do I go about connecting it etc.

Any help in doing this would be appreciated.

TT

I believe you have an HDMI port on the right side. Simply buy an HDMI cable and make sure the monitor you buy has an HDMI connector port as well.

One example of an hdmi cable:

A great monitor that you may like for your mac because it is white:

Thank you for the quick reply/help.
I had to laugh at the above quote. My daughter has been shopping for a TV for her room and insisted on a white one. Everything has to be white. ..lol white is good, however, I can't find ONE here in Western Australia.
Cheers
