You need to customize it, both cyberpowerpc and ibuypower links were my choice for what kind of base model it should have, and you need to customize it better as you go through the list. Make sure to upgrade the GPU first as they also just give you a really crappy one by default. Go with GTX 770 and then alter the other components as you deem necessary.
If you really can't figure it out, I will give you a list of what to get.
