which can run gta iv better i am not changing any thing in the computer as this is not for gaming but for GCSE use but just want to know if it can run gta iv and which one is better for it please do not tell me to upgrade or change any parts thank you.

No. They won't run GTAIV very well.
You need a powerful GPU for running GTA IV.
I have GTA IV myself, and as far as my GTX650 is concerned, it uses around half of the GPU at good graphics settings at around 15 FPS(my CPU is the bottleneck).
Getting a too weak GPU is essentially wasting your CPU power and vice versa.
If you're getting a 4 core Haswell i5, then go for a GTX750Ti atleast(If you don't have the money, save up until you have).

You haven't mentioned a power supply. What power supply are you getting?
