Good Morning Gents & Ladies.

Looking for some recommendations on which Nvidia GPU's to go for the above screen resolution. SLi is most definitely an option as have plenty of space and 1200AX Corsair PSU. Had SLi GTX580's, then Crossfire HD7950's and now looking for the next step :)

I do like to play at the highest settings when possible. Bang for buck would be brilliant.

Thanks for any advice :)

if i had the money to spend on two 770's i would just get a single 780ti and take the 20%+/- loss in performance. on a single monitor with a 780ti there just isn't really any game, except crysis 3, that cannot be completely maxed out with very fluid fps. when those games come, its just a matter of dropping to 2xmsaa or using much more performance friendly smaa which at 1440p or higher really is all thats needed.

for you its really a toss up, you already have the power supply, the space, and the motherboard, so its not an issue of spending more money to "gear up" for two cards when comparing to a single card rig. it looks like you keep upgrading every generation too. if you have a $1000 your willing to spend, sli780s will be more...
for dual cards out the gate, the best bang for buck would be the sli780's which will cost about $480 each so $960. but a decent overclock on a single 780ti, in the 1.3ghz range, would still perform extremely well at 1440p. then later down the road you can add another one when they drop in price.

Many thanks for your reply. If you were to look into and SLi configuration, would 2 x GTX 770 4GB be a good option instead of the 780's?

Thanks for all help :)
