Sometimes it restarts just using the computer.

I bought a new PSU at 750, my old one was 480

The old video card also makes the computer restart while playing video games or movies, but not as often as the more powerful video card

I went from a radeon 6670 HD, to a 7850 HD, which required an additional 6 pin(which I had to buy an adapter for because my MB did not have it)

on the box it says it required a 500 watt psu. anyway i upped the voltage and the psu blew out and stopped working

bought a 750 watt

now the computer shuts down when playing games or movies

on both cards

what could the problem be?

im thinking its the motherboard, no way both cards don't work. please help i need to fix this ASAP.

im thinking of buying a new motherboard

My MB is an M68MT-S2.

the computer wouldn't even start after the 480w blew out after i switched the voltage.

my issue is the computer shutting down when i play games or movies or sometimes just leave...im thinking what is the problem after the old one blew.

im thinking its the motherboard.
