How can I delete an unnecessary System Reserve?

I just fresh installed Windows 7 on a Samsung 840 Pro 512 GB and now My Computer shows a second System Reserve partition that I suppose was left over from my previous install. I have a Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Deluxe 120 GB SSD and a Seagate 500 GB HDD. I've done some research, but have found different answers and most posts deal with people trying to delete a System Reserve so they can do an OS install. All I need is to know what I should do to get rid of the unnecessary System Reserve. The drive it is on will only be used as a storage drive instead of a boot drive. Do I just use my Windows installation flash drive to delete the partition off of the storage disk, or is there anything else I need to do? This may be a simple question, but it's something I've never had to do previously.

It's very small, 100 MB. I just wanted to know if there is a way to delete it, it's not a huge necessity, just curious as I've never had the problem previously.

I'm sorry, my post must have been confusing. I have two system reserved partitions. One is on my boot drive, the other is on a previous boot drive that I am now using for a storage drive and it is that one I am wanting to delete.
