Hello everyone, now I have:

MoBo: MSI P55-GD55[1]
CPU: intel i5-750[2]
RAM: 2 x 4GB kingston valueram kvr1333d3n9k2/8g (DDR3-1333 (667 MHz) CL9)
Videocard: Radeon HD 7950[3]
PSU: Zalman ZM600-GT[4]
CPU cooler: Katana 3 Type I[5]

I just want to know if I would feel any significant FPS/overall system performance (faster system loading time benefiting from SATA III and faster file transfer via USB 3.0) boost if I buy new CPU+mobo+RAM and if it is so, what should I get? Thanks.

I suggest upgrading next year with intels 9 series CPUs. DDR4 RAM will be available then, pci e 4.0? and perhaps even sata express?. If you upgrade now, you will have to upgrade again very soon due to all new stuff coming next year. As stated above, if you have the money, for about a year buy an i7 for your socket.
