A good motherboard is the Asrock Z77 Extreme4. Has also the top notch features for a great price. Highly recommend it. Other good options are: gigabyte z77 ud3h and asus p8 z77 v le / lx / pro

He is not from USA i think or he would already have bought a good motherboard.
Although the models u have suggested are good and he can search for those on his local sites or shops.
