Hi, I just wanted to ask if this GT610 (29w tdp) would work in this DC7700 SFF. I've read it could but I'm not really sure.
It has a 240w PSU (80 - 85% efficiency) and a processor with 95w tdp.
What are the chances it could work?
Thank you.

It would work, but would not be a good choice for games. If you just need a HTPC card, it's fine. If you want to play games, get a R7 250 at the least (GDDR5 version, NOT DDR3), and preferably a HD7750 (if you can still find one). Either of those would run on your PSU. Moving down, a HD6570 or R7 240 could also be used for games, but you'd probably be limited to very low settings on current titles.

Yeah it will work fine, but the GT610 is terrible for games.

If you can budget for it, the GTX 750 would be fine on that PSU and give much better performance.

I do not believe there are yet any low-profile versions of the GTX750, otherwise that would indeed be a much stronger card, and would run on your PSU.

Galaxy/KFA2 are doing one, probably worth waiting for if you want to play games.

Thanks. I'm not planning on playing current titles anyway.
