I have a Dell Optiplex 3010 SFF. that a friend gave me. It is light years ahead of the computer I had. I am wanting to get a graphics card to increase the game play of titles like Skyrim. Currently it is running on low graphics really well but lags as I increase the setting, obviously.

Memory 8 Gb
