If Windows 8.1 64-bit is at the same price as 32-bit, is 32-bit useless?

What are the benefits of a 32-bit version if the 64-bit is better (Which everyone thinks that's how it is)?

Only reason is if you have a seriously old system with a 32-bit only CPU. Or a very few legacy apps that can't run on x86_64.
