got an i5 2400 , lga 1155
gpu : 660ti
psu : seasonic 620w
currently got x67 chipset board of intel, selling it and thinking of upgrade of mobo and ram
got 4gb transced ram

suggest the best mobo and good ram 4gb*2 under budget of 10k max 12k

shortlisted mobo's are given in title

I don't have an Asrock board, I have a gigabyte z77 so I can't speak for them. It is known though that asrock is a solid brand, the board being thin is common in budget boards so I wouldn't worry. Like anything delicate, don't over tighten.

the stupid mobo is not giving display with my gpu , so i got no other option then selling it,
tried rma of gpu and mobo and processor , did everything the issue is from more than a month.
so just selling my current intel dh67vr and buying a new.

I see, well I would go for either the gigabyte or asrock simply because the h77 chipset has more consumer features as opposed to b75 which is business oriented. Look at which mobo has the features you want/need like USB ports, sata ports,etc... and buy the one that suits your needs.

i prefer asrock as it has got sata6 gb more ports and more usb ports too,

with features side, i prefer asrock brand as in less cost it gives more features but heard that there boards are thin and there are more chances that they can be broken. so if anyone here uses Asrock brand mobo's can tell me how's the quality and if anyone indian ever visited the Asrock service center can tell me hows the service of the brand.
