350 watt power supply? that's pushing it to consider a graphics card upgrade. i'd go for a gtx 750ti 2gb card. it draws power from the motherboard about 60w so that should be ok
but in reality you need to upgrade your power supply also, corsair cx 430 power supply is a good bargain and would be good for you
