RM750 making my Casing Hot

Can i turn on the PSU fan on Corsair Link? or can you suggest how to prevent it getting hot. I play BF4,Skyrim and many more. TY

my casing is Corsair 350D. I have 5 fans. 2 at the radiator, 1 exhaust and 2 intakes. well i tried all possible things I know to cool it down. it is lessened a bit, but i need to make it more cooler.

RM series Corsair fans don't spin until they reach 40% power. If it isn't overheating, it should be fine. I have an RM 550 in a very small case, and a lot of heat comes out the back of the power supply.

yep i know about the zero RPM until it goes 40% usage. i just want to know if i can control the fan using the Corsair Link that can be sold separately.
