Approximate Purchase Date: as soon as I can

Budget Range: 800€ with taxes and shipping(when necessary), or converted to £ it is 670£

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, Civ 5, arma 3 and more coming as when I get the PC I will buy more new games

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: all new parts

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: amazon.uk, arvutitark.ee if you can, please use the arvutitark.ee website, as it is in my country, I can easily buy from there and if there will be problems, it will be easier for me, you can put the part name in the search box and pick the right answer, so it should be easy

Location: Estonia

Parts Preferences: Nvidia, want the shadowplay option

Overclocking: Maybe, if it fits in the price range and gives me a better PC for the money

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, know the motherboard will cost more, so again, if it fits in the price range, then sure

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I want a good PC, that will play games in 1080p, with about 40-60 fps on medium, high. It will be my entry level gaming PC and I don't have a lot to spend, so would be good to get the most out of the money, I would be really grateful if you could make it 700€ + OS
I want the OS to be included in the price, but if not, then it is ok, as long as the PC itself doesn't fill the 800€ mark, because I can't pay 800€ + OS + monitor
My last post was this, but people didn't answer to it more, so there is a bit more info if you need
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2055274/800-gaming-tight-money.html

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I have a laptop and it is slow, do I need to say more?

Hope I have given you enough information to help me. Really want to replace my laptop, help.

Hi,
I managed to put something for 760Eur. plus OS Windows 8.1 64 Bit. You can lower the price by 50Eur. buy choosing R9 270X, which in therms of performance is almost the same as GTX 760, but there is no shadowplay and i don't know if shadowplay is that needed for the price difference of 50Eur.If you choose R9 270X, you will have left almost 100Eur. for monitor.

The Asrock has old 760G chipset, wich will fail or throttle the processor on the newer AM3+ Vishera/Piledriver. Only true chipset for AM3+ is 970 or 990

@ImPrettyIrish I wanted a GTX 700 series, for the shadowplay, as now when I get a proper PC, I want to capture some of my good games.
@maurelie The HDD was a 5400rpm one, I know that 7200rpm is a lot better.
Also, I would like an SSD in the system, I don't know it wise, but I read that it will boot the OS up faster and games will load faster. I did like the first one better, but what will the price will be when I choose now a GTX 700 series card and replace it with a proper motherboard?
So I read those specs a bit more, one of you provided a motherboard with crossfire capability, the other didn't, so is it wise for me to go that way or not? And are those processors OC-able, I don't know much about AMD processors

-All AMD FX series processor can be overclocked
-The 5400rpm HDD was a mistake, i thought it was 7200rpm
-If you want SSD and better motherboard and GTX760, forget about the Monitor and OS, or save more money.
-Crossfire will give you more performance but at the cost of more power, greater heat, need more cooling and some games experience microstuttering, or will not work with Corssfire configuration. It is always better to use single GPU. If you buy now GTX760 and SLI it in the future with another GTX760, you will achieve nothing. Almost one year ago, some people who used GTX670 in SLI (each costing 350$) are obliterated today buy GTX780Ti, which costs around $650

@maurelie Oh, if I can OC it, then it is good, and yeah, the 7200rpm costs a few € more so it doesn't affect the overall price of the PC you offered. The price of it was 690€, so can I squeeze the SSD in it?
I searched the 750 Ti as it is by performance under GTX 760, on tomshardware review, it delivered about 40 fps on arma on high, is it good for this card? It costs about 140€ here, compared to the R9 270X which costs about 176€, so is the fps drop worth the fps drop?

Few changes to your build:
1. I picked a GTX 760 instead of R9 270X. It added about 40€,
but some parts I picked a bit cheaper ones, for example,
2. I picked a corsair 200R case, 10€ cheaper,
3. Seagate HDD was 12€ cheaper than you picked, 1TB still,
4. and I picked Windows 7, instead of 8, so many people talk bad about the 8, so I didn't choose it.
5. I left out the DVD reader/writer, I don't think it is necessary, if I need then I can buy it later
But still few questions:
1. Is the PSU reliable, just asking because people say it is one of the most important things.
2. Is the manufacturer important on GTX 760? Some seem so cool, but do they have any differences?

EDIT:// I just remembered that the motherboard has a crossfire support, but not SLI support, is this a big thing?
EDIT2:// The whole PC will cost like this 777€ with OS, so all is very good.

-I just told you about SLI/Crossfire, it is just not worth it , especially with mid range card like GTX760.
-Corsairs VS unit is similar to CX, it is budget series, not the best, but if you are on budget it will do just fine.
-Just note that without DVD/RW you will have to make bootable USB to install the OS and to download the drivers for the motherboard and bios update from internet.
-Manufacturer doesn't matter much, just don't get GTX760 reference model, it has poor cooling. The Asus one i saw in Estonia was 224Eur. and it is very good

Well yeah, the market is small, so the parts are more expensive than in other countries, and I have seen, that in other countries, the taxes are not included when you buy, but here it is right away.
