you stop typing in caps.

create a 32bit virtual machine and run it from there.
64bit can run 32bit,
32bit can run 16 bit but
64bit can't run 16bit.

You can install a virtual machine and install most any OS you choose. From DOS, to Windows 3.1, Android, Linux, etc.
I use the Oracle virtualbox which is very easy to install, and is free to use.
