Another pc connected to my laptop over hotel wifi now my laptop is slow and has a virus

Hey all,
Just looking for some advice. Last night I stayed in a hotel and used their wifi. I got a notification that told me another pc had connected to my laptop. This happened twice and so I disconnected and shut down, when I came home I noticed the laptop took ages to properly connect to my home wifi and was super slow to open IE or Firefox. Ive just perfomed a malwarebytes scan and it says 2 objects detected but it wont let me do anything with the virus

Any suggestions as to what might of happened or what I can do?

Download an run Malwarebytes. Next go into safemode and look at your startup processes, make sure there is nothing funky that is starting up with your computer. An easy way for people to check their startup is to download and run Ccleaner.
