Hello, I have a pretty bad problem, I'm no computer geek or anything and I was trying to install my amd radeon graphics driver which led to a black screen with flickering mouse cursor...
I tried t plug my laptop out of charge as it wasn't responding and tried to reboot but after the hp load screen, at the login screen basically, the screen is dead black and the cursor flickers when I use the touchpad. Don't know the solution t the problem, help would be appreciated...

Are you able to at least get splash screen or any visuals during boot? If so boot into safe mode. Go to device manager, delete the video card, reboot. It will allow your computer to boot on base original drivers. Redownload drivers. Maybe even download 1 previous version and install.

The driver tab is empty except for driver model-wddm 1.3 and the feature levels9.1 to 11.1
Now when I open the device manager, it shows me that I can uninstall the driver again?!

Thing is, I don't get a windows splash screen, for the hp load screen, which might be what you are talking about, it takes me directly to the login screen, the one with the date and time on it, which is now black...
