I have an HP Pavilion desktop PC which is a few years old. I have recently been having trouble as the graphics card is plugged in and the fans are working but is not outputting anything. I would like to fix this without buying anything new where possible, I was wondering if you have any suggestions?
PC Specs:
Motherboard: MS-7613
Processor: Intel Core i3 540
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT320
Power Supply: 460W

I can't help without PC specifications. Tell me about your power supply name of the card, processor, motherboard.

Have you tried changing the settings in BIOS and set pci/peg as first or primary output. If the display is not coming from the start then remove your card go into BIOS change the settings and then put in graphic card and see if it gives the display.
